Interested in becoming an official?
Ringette PEI is offering a second Level 1 officials course. This course is intended for those interested in becoming an official for the first time within the Charlottetown, Rustico, or Summerside Association. Course details are below.
When: Sunday, December 19th
- Classroom will begin at 2:00pm
- There will be an ice time at 5:15pm, remember to bring your skates and a helmet!
Where: The classroom portion will take place in room 104 in the Health Sciences building on the UPEI campus, the ice time will be at the Bell Aliant Centre.
Who: Open to all those in the Charlottetown, Rustico, and Summerside Associations interested in becoming an official! If space permits, participants from the Montague and Souris associations will be considered. Participants must be at least 14 years of age or turning 14 this year to take this clinic.
To register:
- Go to officiatingringette.ca
- Create an account (if you don't have one already)
- Once logged in, click on the 'Status' tab
- Here you will see the Level 1 heading as well as a table outlining the components of the Level 1 course
- You must complete the Level 1 Pre-clinic before registering for the in person clinic
- Once the Pre-clinic is complete, you can register for the in person course under the 'Clinics' tab
There will be a $65 fee to take the clinic. Please note: Proof of vaccination will be required to attend this clinic.
